The KIVI Remote app is designed exclusively for KIVI Smart TVs.

- For K series TVs with screen sizes 24"-32", KIVI Remote control support is available from software version 2.0.0.130+

- For K series TVs with screen sizes 42"-65", support is available from software version 2.0.0.260+

- For X series TVs, support is available from software version 2.0.0.400+

To ensure proper functionality, make sure that your devices are connected to the same internet network, and in the TV settings, select "KIVI Keyboard" as the input method.
